Seafood refers to any form related to sea life that regarded as food  by humans. Example  of seafood  include  swordfish,Tuna,Halibut,mahi -mahi,Cod,sardine,Tilapia,yellowfin Tuna,Crab,Oyster,Salman,king mackerel,Trout,Anchovy,Cuttlefish,Octopus,Shrimp,Northern red snapper etc.



seafoods are nutritionally perfect.also popular as low calorieds foods.if we talk about the nutrients quality of these, it  contains, sodium,phosphorus ,magnesium,iodine,zinc,potassium ,vitamin A ,B6,B12,E and omega3 fatty acid.



                       benefits of eating food include brain development,antique inflammatory properties,reducing the incident incidents of cancer conditions,prevents eye diseases (Reducing  of cataract formation ), promote heart health , and since  these contain zinc,hair growth is  reduced buy hair loss.bones and teeth are strong because of calcium. Becouse of these fact we should eat seafood .But  people  with heat illness shoot should take these with caution.
